Zalaris UK&I provides Level 2 support. SAP provide Level 3 support for SAP SuccessFactors, and typically we find SAP SuccessFactors customers manage Level 1 support. That leaves a significant expertise support gap which our support staff can ably fill.
Our Support Desk is located in the UK and managed by Zalaris UK&I's UK based Support Manager. We have dedicated Support consultants based around the UK but can also offer nearshore and offshore support.
