At deploy12 we are dedicated to pioneering sustainable solutions that help to combat climate change. We were initially founded as a virtual business, minimising our infrastructure and carbon footprint by reducing the carbon emissions associated with commuting. Since then we have purposely built our business on cloud technologies - reducing server operations and electricity consumption. We encourage our people to implement energy-saving measures such as paperless operations, using energy-efficient devices and turning off unused equipment. More recently we have encouraged our colleagues to adopt environmentally friendly practices like the use of electric vehicles through salary sacrifice.Covid-19 recovery
We pioneered remote working before Covid and continue to offer flexible work arrangements such as remote work options or flexible hours to support our people’s work-life balance and accommodate any ongoing COVID-19 concerns or challenges. During COVID-19 we offered our charity partner Hope for Justice free ongoing support with their major internal CRM delivery project to help them recover from the economic impacts of the pandemic. We continue to offer a fully remote service and continue to engage customers virtually through online events or webinars.Tackling economic inequality
