Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
Detailed SLAs will be shared. On cloud model, availability is taken care of with robust backup infrastructure and load balancing. Further, the availability is dependent of cloud provider's SLAs.
Approach to resilience
The cloud VMs will be set up in the User's locations (Eg., London). Approved cloud infrastructure only will be preferred (Azure, AWS, or GCP). The necessary security services will be implemented (Eg., WAF, Network groups etc). All data from and to Lexel is encrypted in transit and in rest.
