- PGI’s Digital Forensics Team is able to deliver the expert training and coaching of relevant tools, tactics and techniques to operational Incident Response and Forensics staff in order to prepare them to appropriately use digital forensics tools. PGI’s vast experience of developing multi-level information security skills and mentoring professionals can be provided by implementing industry recognised technical upskilling programmes including Digital Forensics and Incident Response Associate or Digital Forensics and Incident Response Practitioner courses, to also achieve certification as a CREST Practitioner Intrusion Analyst, into effective learning and development, professional career plans. Ensuring IR staff know how to take appropriate actions to maintain chain of evidence in accordance with ACPO guidelines means evidence gathered will have the necessary rigour to be admissible in court. Our operational trainers are qualified, relied upon and have worked for organisations in critical national infrastructure, government, corporate, charity and small-to-medium enterprises to help restore their systems which adds significant value to delivery of training, contextualised through real-life scenarios – also providing the necessary reporting and management language skills needed to communicate events appropriately.
