1) Getting Up to Speed on AI Landscape
Engaging session to bring the customer up to speed with the estate of technologies and solutions available in the Microsoft Ecosystem.

2) Discovery Workshop
Collaborative workshop designed to discover the specific Microsoft AI and Copilot workloads that can add value. This is where we hone into the specific Copilot capability inside Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio or AI Builder workload and what value it will bring the customer.

3) Solution Design and Playback
Velrada will take the discussion and decisions from the discovery workshop and curate a solution design, pilot approach, and next steps.

4) Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment
Evaluates your current Microsoft 365 environment and provides you with a recommendation and roadmap for Copilot deployment.

1 – Critical 30 minutes Velrada will provide an interim strategy or resolution plan, within 2 hours of the incident receipt. Velrada will perform the case resolution procedure within 4 hours until case resolution

2 – High 2 business hours Velrada will provide an interim strategy or resolution plan, within 4 hours of the incident receipt. Velrada will perform the case resolution procedure within 8 hours until case resolution

3 – Normal 4 business hours Velrada will perform the case resolution procedure within 16 hours until case resolution.

4 – Low 12 business hours Velrada will perform the case resolution procedure within 32 hours until case resolution. For any modification/service request, target resolution delivery as per agreed with the Customer.
