Support levels
The support provided for services within the scope of this listing enables customers to raise issues relating to web design and build project delivery post project completion. Issues during project are handled as part of the project lifecycle rather than via separate support arrangements. Each project is run by a nominated project manager who is also responsible for ensuring the resolution of issues.
