How the planning service works
INFuse Data Solutions work in a true partnership with our customers to analyse, document and fully understand the business drivers, both technical and non-technical, then feed this back to the customer before any work is undertaken. We would gather this information from key business users and collaborate with any other technology partners which provide data into the application.

We operate in a way that the organisation will always be engaged in the work we do at a level they are happy with, through project management and collaborative technologies.

Our fully certified and experienced consultants will carry out the technical delivery, fully documenting their work and providing support through every stage of the process. As standard we schedule progress review meetings at least monthly to ensure that the organisation is always kept up to date and queries within the project are resolved promptly.

How the training service works
Our training courses can be delivered virtually or in a classroom environment on customer sites. We provide bespoke training courses for IBM Cognos Analytics, using the customers data to ensure that the users get the most out of the session. We would create a bespoke course for up to 6 delegates onsite or 3 for virtual training and provide all printed and electronic training information.

We also offer administrator training but this is typically done on a 1 to 1 basis and is aimed at a technical audience. This allows the user to get the most out of the time for their specific requirements.

Via our in-house ticketing system we receive tickets and create change requests/faults on behalf of the customer and end users having triaged and replicated the issue to validate it. In essence we can either provide mentoring and advise, manage the delivery or provide a complete end to end service. The cost is linked to the size and complexity of the site. Each buyer site is linked to a dedicated account manager whose responsibility it is to respond to the needs of that buyer's site.
