How the training service works
We offer a range of training services to support your cloud software implementation. We can offer a bespoke E-learning package to deliver end user training on your new system and processes. We also offer custom training to enable your in-house teams play an increasing role in the implementation and support of your new systems. This will give them the skills they need to carry out further 'phase 2' implementations more independently. We can also offer training on remote working collaboration tools and techniques to support projects who need to carry out implementations while primarily working remotely from each other and the main office premises.

We have data migration specialists who will work with your legacy application and new applications to define detailed extract transformation an load routines to ensure that your critical legacy data is available in your new system. Where it is not possible to carry out an automated migration from all of your data sources, for example you may have a number of paper based records, we can provide manual data entry resources to complete your full migration.

We offer testing services to plan, manage and deliver testing of your new applications in the following areas. System Integration Testing & User acceptance testing. We will work with you to define your testing strategy, what is and isnt in scope, defect and release management and approach. Support you to create test scenarios and scripts based on your agreed design, agree testing resources and set up and to carry out your own series of tests to satisfy yourselves that your new solution meets your specification of requirements. We will also support with testing metric and reporting to allow monitoring throughout the phase against execution and open defects including associated risks and workarounds inline with your defined exit criteria (which we will work with you at the outset to document each entry and exit criteria for each phase).Non -functional testing, such as Service acceptance testing Operational acceptance testing Volumetric testing can also be considered.
