inicioPages is a series of solutions that form part of an Oracle Cerner EPR, utilising the MPage engine. They offer additional functionality to uplift the EPR solution with additional capabilities. The list of available solutions is constantly expanding and includes but is not limited to InfantJaundice graphing, eConsent & CriticalCare.

End-of-contract data extraction
All data resides within an organisations own Oracle Cerner EPR. inicio does not hold any customer data for the inicioPages solutions. When a contract ends, the data remains within the organisations Oracle Cerner EPR.
End-of-contract process
The initial cost of the solution includes the deployment and customisation of the solution. Support costs are charged for all subsequent years while the contract is in place. Upon expiry of the contract, there is a difference depending on which inicioPages solution is installed. For some, the solution remains but would be unsupported by inicio unless a new contract is taken out. For other solutions, a license is required to operate and therefore the solution would become inaccessible. This is all agreed up front as part of the operating contract.

All changes are documented by inicio and deployed with customers authorisation in the CERT environments before requesting approval for PROD. inicio follow strict change control on our internal change control platform, changes to live customer environments are only deployed with inicio and customer approval.

security Incident is logged, tracked, managed, and resolved under a
documented process. inicio operates a no-blame policy ensuring
that all issues are immediately reported and the Incident Management
process is initiated at point of reporting. inicio has a
comprehensive IS strategy and documented policies across a number
of areas such as employee vetting, etc. Security and Vulnerability
Assessments are carried out periodically which validate the
appropriateness of controls which are in place and these include input

inicioPages mitigates the need to manage patients care across digital and paper records - replacing paper with digital workflow surfaced in context of the patients full electronic health record.
Additionally inicioPages can replace all paper forms and be communicated with patients digitally for important aspects of workflow such as Consent to treatment. Preventing unnecessary trips to hospital.
inicioPages also support the community integration element of wellbeing in that the 'first of kind' inicioPages are always developed using a co-design methodology - staff who ultimately are the end users of the product will be involved in the design and functionality of the product at design and build stages.

Fully functional versions of all inicioPages solutions are available to be installed within an organisations test environment for a period of 2 months. The only limitation is that free trials are not installed into live production environments.
