Our UI design experts play a key role in the planning phases to ensure the user interfaces for cloud and software services are intuitive, accessible and optimized for end-user productivity from the outset.
During initial planning, we conduct user research activities like interviews, surveys and usability testing of existing systems. This allows us to capture user requirements, pain points, mental models and workflows that inform the UI design.
We then develop low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to visualize and iterate on the proposed UI architecture, navigation, layouts and interactions. User feedback is incorporated to refine the designs before implementation begins.
Our UI designers work closely with the cloud solutions architects to plan the integration of the UI components with backend cloud services, APIs and data sources. We ensure UI performance, security and compliance considerations are addressed upfront.
