Nero Blanco leverages the PowerSyncPro Migration Agent solution to ensure the fastest migration of devices, The solution once set up can securely manage any windows 10/11 workstations changes for Active directory or disconnecting reconnecting of M365 workloads and run any pre and post migration scripts to ensure your workstation end state is compliant to any of your specific requirements. Nero Blanco will provide the initial implementation services that include defining the Runbook with you and batches, then provide the handover through knowledge transfer and documentation so that your team can deliver your project at your own pace. Additional Services and support available to clients that do not have the staffing bandwidth to manage the project themselves.

Early Life Support: This is your Hyper care support for any migrated data. A dedicated Team of Service Desk personnel led by a Team Leader who managed your migration will be responsible to triaging support tickets and ensure quality response time and resolution.
We use priority levels SLA, depending on your project we agree acceptable Incident response time and Incident escalation and resolution. Some of standards range between 1 to 8 hours for response time and 4 to 48 hours for escalation and resolution based on criticality.
