No-cost: Hypercare is the post-production support that is part of our implementation engagement in the implementation cost. This is intended to cover short-term adoption as your solution transitions to production. At that point, the solution has typically been analysed, designed, and configured based on your requirements, previewed, and reviewed by your team, and well tested by both NH360 and your team. Hypercare typically includes problems related to training, user acceptance, and adoption.
No-cost: NH360 provides limited Tier-2 support as part of your license agreement. Tier-2 support provides up to 24 hours per month for Qualifying Tier-2 Support Services. Tickets for Technical Support are logged through a simple support email or the customer portal (https://www.northhighland.com/portal) which provides access to the latest software updates and useful configuration and technical resources.
Additional cost: Sustainment Services are available for long-term system care and enhancements, and staff augmentation, priced as time & material. This provides support services beyond the post-production support that is part of the implementation. This is a popular with customers who don’t want to manage and/or enhance the entire NH360 Portfolio Insights solution. Services that this includes can span break-fix, system analysis, system enhancements, system integrations, training, process improvements, and more. - Support available to third parties

- Description of service interface
- NH360 Portfolio Insights features a modern, responsive interface with single-page application design for faster response times and a personalized home experience that serves as a centralised command center. The interface includes a wizard-style dialog for streamlined entity creation, inline editing capabilities, and intuitive objective and metric management. It delivers embedded analytics with integrated data visualization showing critical metrics and trends directly within the application. The connector uses dynamic dropdowns, allowing users to select everything they need without requiring extra technical knowledge.

-
User-Centered Testing Approach: We employ a visually impaired team member who uses assistive technologies daily as part of their regular workflow. This provides continuous, authentic feedback on interface usability from someone who genuinely relies on these technologies, rather than simulated testing scenarios. This real-world perspective has been invaluable in identifying usability issues that might be missed in traditional testing and validating that our improvements genuinely enhance the user experience for users of assistive technologies.
Testing Environment and Tools: Our testing is conducted across Windows 10 and Windows 11 platforms using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Assistive technologies regularly tested include:
NVDA (Non-Visual Desktop Access)
Microsoft Narrator
JAWS screen reader
Microsoft Magnifier
We also conduct occasional testing on Mozilla Firefox and on macOS using VoiceOver.
Testing Methodology: We combine ongoing manual testing by our assistive technology user with automated accessibility scans using Google Lighthouse in Chrome. Our primary accessibility tester performs both manual evaluations and automated testing as an integrated part of our development cycles, ensuring accessibility is validated continuously rather than as an afterthought.
This integrated approach ensures our interface is tested by actual assistive technology users throughout the development process. - API

NH360 uses Microsoft Azure to host NH360 Portfolio Insights, benefiting from Azure’s built-in security and hardening to support uptime and reliability. Scheduled downtime occurs 1–2 times per month to install security updates. Customers are informed ahead of time and receive two weeks’ advance notice for software updates, allowing them to test changes in their own environments before deployment.
Unscheduled downtime is very rare and typically brief. Over the past 12 months, NH360 experienced two unscheduled outages—one caused by a configuration change and another due to a short Azure outage. When outages occur, they are reviewed under NH360’s risk management policies to identify root causes and implement measures to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
NH360 communicates proactively with customers during scheduled and unscheduled events to minimize disruption. Updates follow a structured process to ensure stability and security. While occasional downtime is unavoidable in any cloud environment, NH360’s approach focuses on transparency, planning, and continuous improvement to maintain service availability and customer confidence. - Approach to resilience
- NH360 software is hosted in Microsoft Azure and inherits all resilience features implemented by Microsoft for Azure.
- Outage reporting
- Our service reports any outages via email alerts.
