TalenTeam understand that enablement is critical to the success of the project and to achieve self-sufficiency. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality admin training and insist on face to face/instructor led training. Knowledge transfer will be provided throughout the engagement to your project team by our expert consultants and collaboration using TalenTeam’s instance of SAP’s social collaboration platform, JAM.

Admin training will be delivered in person, on customer location and for a maximum of 12 delegates.

• PTO (Project Team Orientation) training occurring right at the start of the project explains the functionality of the system and enables the project team to make informed decisions right from the start.
• Knowledge transfer built into each project activity - As true partners TalenTeam will work jointly with your team to ensure as much detail and knowledge as possible is transferred. We use SAP JAM (collaboration platform) to facilitate and preserve this for you.
• Face to face administrator training (up to 4 days) so that your administrators will be fully functional and get the best out of the solution.
• Use existing materials from SuccessFactors/SAP such the SAP Learning Hub.
