Support levels are bespoke and tailored to specific client demands. VIQU IT provides a flexible, relationship-led support model designed around the scope and duration of each engagement. Support is included within the agreed day rate or Statement of Work and incurs no additional cost.
Clients have direct access to their assigned VIQU IT account manager for all commercial, contractual and engagement queries. The consultant or specialist placed on assignment acts as the primary point of contact for day-to-day delivery, supported by the VIQU IT account team to ensure continuity and responsiveness.
Support is available via email, phone and online meetings during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). We aim to respond to standard queries within one working day and urgent matters within four working hours.
VIQU IT does not operate tiered or chargeable support levels. Every client receives a dedicated account manager and ongoing engagement oversight, ensuring consistent communication, proactive follow-up and alignment with delivery outcomes.
