Web chat accessibility testing
Our Assistive Technology Trainer and Software Specialist has conducted practical accessibility testing on our web chat system to ensure it is usable by individuals who rely on assistive technologies. Testing focused on compatibility, ease of use and accessibility across a range of access needs.

Screen reader workflows were tested using Dolphin SuperNova and VoiceOver to confirm that chat elements, including new messages, buttons, input fields and notifications are correctly announced using appropriate ARIA labelling. Keyboard-only navigation was also tested to ensure clear focus indicators and predictable navigation throughout the chat interface.

The experience for neurodivergent users was reviewed, with consideration given to layout clarity, message flow and cognitive load, informed by our wider experience delivering assistive technology and study skills support.

Voice-control compatibility was validated using Dragon NaturallySpeaking, ensuring the chat can be operated hands-free. Low-vision testing was also undertaken, including assessment of zoom behaviour, text resizing, contrast and content reflow to support users with visual impairments.
Support levels
Wyvern Business Systems provides tiered support levels designed to scale according to customer needs.

Essentials Support provides baseline reactive support, including a UK-based remote service desk during business hours (typically Monday to Friday), incident and service request handling, routine patching and updates and standard reporting.

Standard Support offers a more proactive service, including extended support hours where required, proactive monitoring, backup and recovery oversight and regular service reviews. This level is commonly supported by a named Technical Account Manager to provide continuity and service oversight.

Premium / Fully Managed Support is designed for organisations requiring higher availability and assurance. This may include priority SLAs, optional out-of-hours support, enhanced monitoring, cloud optimisation activities and strategic service reviews. Customers at this level typically receive a dedicated Technical Account Manager and access to a Cloud Support Engineer.

Pricing varies depending on scope, scale and service requirements. Indicative support pricing (where applicable) may range from the following per user/month:

£15–£25 for Essentials,
£25–£45 for Standard,
£45–£75 for Premium support.

Optional services such as extended hours, on-site support, enhanced security and specialist accessibility or ergonomic support can be added where required.

Final pricing and support arrangements are agreed at call-off.
