Empower-iQ is an online learning and adoption platform made relevant to each employee based on how they work, the applications they use and organisational priorities. It delivers both bite sized how-to videos to live trainer led online courses. Individual learning paths are measurable by management and end users can see how they are doing compared to their colleagues to create competition. The key objective is to drive functionality usage and see better value for your investment.

How the support service works
Crayon customer service and technical support, provided by a team of experts based in the UK with escalation to regional support hubs, and or out of hours UK engineers, supported by our backend support agreement with Microsoft. We can offer support for a customer’s entire Microsoft stack (cloud and on-premises) under a single agreement with the ability to escalate service requests to Microsoft.

Our support offering provides customers with:
· Cloud break/fix Support – technical faults and issues.

· Cloud Administrator Support – Technical advice and guidance.

· Premium Escalations to Microsoft – Should an issue exist that we cannot resolve, (e.g. issue with Microsoft) then we are able to raise a service request to Microsoft.

· Architecture and Governance Advice (optional) – Planning an architecture change and want a second opinion/advice on the best approach.

· License compliance queries (optional) – Software licensing is a complex area; our team of experts will work on your license questions to help ensure that you are licensed in the most optimal way. This service is based on questions that can be resolved in 2 hours. If further work is required, it is outside the scope of this service and falls into consultancy.

Off the back of the output we produce from the modern work assessment, we will put together what we think is the best approach to achieve the objectives set out over the next 12-24 months. Crayon will ensure everyone is happy with the designed approach with regular reviews through out the engagement. The important piece here is to make sure every employee has the same user experience whether they are working from home, in the office or from a coffee shop. Hybrid meetings need to be great experience for everyone which requires investing in hardware, software and culture.
