We:
1. establish a lean canvas to map your business model and service value and use this as a baseline communication tool to gain alignment across all stakeholders.
2. learn about your challenges, capabilities, objectives, and desired outcomes as measurable key results.
3. consider further research with users and analysis of your business data to gain insights into the proposed cloud solution or software services.
4. identify and agree on the scope of the cloud hosting and, or, software service implementation work to be done.
5. identify external dependencies and concurrency in work that need to be closely managed.
6. create a lean agile outcome-based roadmap with you highlighting short-term task details (now), medium-term activities (next), and longer-term goals (then).
7. capture and map the approvals, assurances, and certifications required through each phase of implementation
8. create a register of risks and assess these with you, taking note of which risks will require active mitigation and agreeing on the strategy for these.
9. provide documentation and tooling for managing the implementation
