Support levels
HTG Cloud Support Services provides three support levels:

Standard Support (business hours): Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 GMT (excluding UK public holidays). Support via phone, email and portal for incidents, service requests and guidance across Microsoft 365, Azure and security services. Target response times: P1 15 minutes (managed customers), P2 1 hour, P3 4 hours, P4 1 business day. Includes access to Microsoft-certified specialists and escalation to Microsoft where required.

Enhanced Support (proactive): Includes Standard Support plus proactive monitoring and alerting (in scope), scheduled health checks, patch and update coordination (where applicable), security posture recommendations, monthly operational reporting and monthly service reviews.

Fully Managed Services (24/7): Includes Enhanced Support plus 24/7 monitoring and alerting, 24/7 response for P1 and P2 incidents, ITIL-aligned incident, problem and change management, proactive maintenance and patching within agreed windows, and regular service governance.

Costs: Pricing is detailed in HTG’s G-Cloud 15 Pricing Document. Support is priced as tiered subscriptions (per user, device or resource per month). Project or out-of-scope work is charged at published G-Cloud day rates or fixed price.

Account management: Enhanced and Fully Managed services include a named Technical Account Manager. Cloud support engineers deliver all support tiers.

    Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

    • New or retained jobs on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b, 1c and 1d
    • New apprenticeships on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b
    • Providing opportunities for, and measuring and monitoring of, staff workforce conditions over time, including employee engagement, involvement in decision-making and satisfaction and adapting to any changes in the results, with clear processes for acting on issues identified
    • Plans to engage the contract workforce in deciding the most important workplace issues to address

    • Understanding of the issues affecting the representation of disabled people in the workforce in the market, industry or sector relevant to the contract, and in the supplier’s own organisation and those of its key sub-contractors
    • Inclusive and accessible recruitment practices, and retention-focused activities, including those provided in the Guide for line managers on recruiting, managing and developing people with a disability or health condition
