Service scope

Service constraints
This service provides bespoke cloud software integration and does not include off-the-shelf products or standalone application development. Customers must provide timely access to stakeholders, systems, interfaces, and relevant documentation. Integration delivery depends on third-party system availability, interfaces, and supplier cooperation. The service does not include ongoing managed infrastructure or hosting. Clinical safety ownership remains with the customer unless explicitly agreed. Delivery timelines depend on the agreed integration scope and approvals. Regulatory and assurance requirements are supported but remain customer owned. Post-delivery integration support is limited to the agreed scope, duration, and service terms.

Web chat accessibility testing
We use an established off-the-shelf web chat component that has been independently tested by its supplier with assistive technology users. We rely on the supplier’s accessibility testing and conformance evidence and ensure the component is implemented in line with documented accessibility guidance within the wider application.
Support levels
We provide two paid application support levels, agreed at contract award.

Standard Support is charged on a monthly or time-and-materials basis, typically ranging from £500 to £2,000 per month, depending on scope and service hours. It provides support during UK business hours with next business day responses for non-critical issues and one-hour responses for critical issues affecting live services during working hours.

Enhanced Support is charged at a higher monthly or retained rate, typically ranging from £2,000 to £6,000 per month. It provides extended support hours, prioritised response times, and scheduled support sessions, including proactive technical guidance.

A named technical account manager or cloud support engineer is provided for both support levels as the primary technical contact.
