All clients have access to a named account manager at no additional cost. The account manager is responsible for the success of each client relationship.

Supporting the account management team is a support desk that handles day to day requests.

Each quarter we conduct a detailed business review to ensure the cient is achieving maximum value from our service. A member of the senior management team attends these sessions to provide strategic insight and recommendations on how to deliver further efficiencies.

If a client requires enhanced access to any of our team, we do offer bespoke support models at an additional cost.
