How the planning service works
We organise and run a client project kick-off workshop with the objective of creating an agreed detailed requirements definition. Based on this we prepare a detailed design document and project plan identifying the resource and time, both for Brovanture and the client, required for success of the project. We then meet with the client to discuss this plan and make any amendments necessary to reach agreement to commence the project.

End User Training: classroom / web based “train the trainer” approach is used where expert users are trained and pass that knowledge on.

How the setup or migration service works
We have extensive experience in helping clients migrate to Oracle NetSuite SuiteSuccess ERP Solutions. Our approach is to work with the client through workshops and other discussions to fully understand existing systems and processes and any changes they wish to make. Brovanture translate these to the new solution and recommendations are made as to how the new solution can be set up to best use the solution and meet client requirements. As part of the project plan migration is dealt with in detail covering the correct transfer of past information and the timing and process of switching over to the new solution.

Once the application has been configured, we work with the buyer to execute a detailed User Acceptance Testing programme. We provide both tier 1 and tier 2 support services using software supplier certified staff based in our office in Guildford, UK. Clients can contact our support service via the telephone or the award winning Zendesk webportal.
