Prolifics provide the following as standard from £3,500 per month: SLA driven Incident Management and Service Requests delivered through our team of Support Engineers, Service Delivery Manager, Monthly Service Reviews, UK Business Hours support.
Options at an additional price include: Technical Client Architect, 24/7 support and development factory options.
There are a multitude of contracting options including options based on the number of incidents per month, and size of environment. Alternatively, costing can be calculated based on the average team capacity / work backlog, which can scale up or down over a 3 month trend.
These models start at £3,500 per month, with hours available for either incident management or ongoing development depending on your monthly usage.
Included in the price is a dedicated technical account manager as well as a Jira based ticketing desk for incident tracking.
