Support response times
Our support operates Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT, with exceptions available for key events. We follow a structured, negotiable SLA. High‑priority issues receive a 1‑hour response and 4‑hour resolution (where within our control). Medium‑priority issues receive a 2‑hour response and resolution within one working day. Low‑priority issues are acknowledged within 4 hours and resolved in 3–5 days. Change requests have scope and priority agreed, with a resolution plan produced within 3 days. If escalation to Microsoft is required, their timelines take precedence while we act as intermediaries.

Support levels
At Brave & Heart, we provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle and beyond. During implementation, you will have a dedicated Project Manager as your single point of contact, supported by a skilled development team and designer. This ensures smooth delivery, consistent communication, and rapid resolution of queries. The Project Manager liaises daily with your project lead, while our development team handles page creation, SharePoint configuration, and branding alignment. Our designer is available for bespoke imagery, ensuring all elements meet your brand guidelines.
Following go-live, we provide 1 month of Hypercare as standard, wherein a dedicated support email will be set up for user queries, managed by our dedicated support team. After this period, the support continues as per your agreed support budget. Issues are investigated and resolved promptly via email or call, with full monthly reporting on support utilisation.
Costing for ongoing support follows our standard rate card of a blended day rate of £1200, typically recommending 1-2 days of support per month. We are also able to be flexible and work within your budget, and support will be agreed with yourselves during discovery. We log our time spent on support in 15 minute increments.
