Over the course of the 90 days the Illuminet consultant will provide your team with a methodology which is repeatable, strengthening the organisations continuous improvement. The consultant will leave you with a team of people trained in the methodology who can champion continued process improvement.

The Client to provide:
1. The War Room - dedicated for 90 days, where progress can be visualised effectively (only required for onsite engagements)
2. A team of people covering the key areas of the IT and Business
3. Team members to attend kick-off, key workshops, key stage review sessions, status reviews and wrap-up session.
4. Management buy-in for the 90 days engagement
5. Appropriate and timely engagement from the Steering Team.
6. Timely access for the Illuminet Team to avoid delays in initiation and progression of activities.
7. Timely provision of requested data / information

One key part of our mission is to have a positive impact on the environment. Treevolution, was the first of many environmental initiatives to have been implemented. We pride ourselves on having a strong relationship with both The Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust and The National Forest Foundation, in which we plant 1 tree per consultant per week, 5 trees per permanent position filled and 10 trees per product delivery.

We have planted nearly 17,000 trees in the UK and are well on our way to 18,000 trees globally.
