NETbuilder’s Standard support level includes 1st and 2nd lines for infrastructure hosting, maintenance and support from our experts and service desk agents.

Setup cost is a one-off fee estimated in man-days and based on our SFIA rate card, starting with a minimum price of £7,500 and further varies given the scale, complexity and uniqueness of the service terms in line with individual organisational context and requirements. Service desk cost is a monthly fee starting from £2,500 and varies depending on service packs and additional custom service levels agreement.

Exit cost is a one-off fee estimated in man-days and based on our SFIA rate card, which varies given the scale, complexity and uniqueness of the service terms in line with individual organisational context and requirements. Please see our SFIA rate card for more information.

NETbuilder’s Enterprise support level provides everything describes in the Production offering plus, in addition, entitles the customer to a dedicated Solution Account Manager (SAM) responsible for 3rd line support with application monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance, mentored coaching, architectural and go-live assistance. Enterprise cost starts at £15,000 per month.

    Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

    • New or retained jobs on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b, 1c and 1d
    • Employment contracts that reflect actual hours worked; steps taken to ensure employees understand their contracts and have the ability to review and adjust them if actual hours regularly exceed contracted hours
    • Activities that support an environment where staff are educated about and feel empowered to report and address bullying and harassment
    • Payment of more than the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage (as appropriate) to the contract workforce
    • Measures to support in-work progression to help people in the contract workforce, to move into higher paid work by developing new skills relevant to the contract
