The AWARD Helpdesk operates between 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays (reduced service between Christmas and New Year). During these hours, email queries will typically be responded to within 4 hours, but usually within one hour.
Support emails received outside these hours will be responded to when the Helpdesk is back online as above.

Email ticketing is our baseline level of Helpdesk support.
Phone support is available as part of our ExpertAssist enhanced helpdesk service. Issues are generally resolved immediately, or within a 4-hour period. Any issue not resolvable by the Helpdesk is escalated internally.
Telephone, email, LMS and ExpertAssist are included in the AWARD licence fees as indicated in the service price list - some are at additional cost.
