How the support service works
Cloudoko SaaS services include helpdesk support. Customer requests for change in these services will be considered on an individual basis. Where suggested changes are deemed to benefit the service, these will be scheduled to be implemented free of charge. Where a bespoke feature is required, a new Cloudoko connector may need to be developed. Bespoke development such as this is outside the scope of G-Cloud and would be procured via the the Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework.
