We provide a comprehensive Standard Support level for all Digital Discovery engagements, ensuring consistent delivery assurance.

Support Levels & Availability:

Availability: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (UK Business Hours).

Response Time:
Queries acknowledged within 4 working hours. Administrative issues resolved within 1 working day; critical blockers are escalated immediately to the Engagement Director.

On-site:
Consultants typically work remotely but are available for on-site workshops as defined in the Statement of Work.

Cost:
Standard Support is included in the service price (day rates).

We do not charge separate fees for account management. Any agreed out-of-hours support is charged at standard SFIA rate card prices.

Account Management: Yes.

You are assigned a dedicated Account Manager for commercial/contract queries. Additionally, the Lead Consultant acts as your Technical Account Manager. They possess deep knowledge of your specific discovery context and GDS standards, ensuring technical or strategic queries are answered by a subject matter expert rather than a generalist support agent.

Knowledge Transfer:
We prioritise building your internal capability to reduce long-term reliance on external support. Our service includes coaching your team during the discovery and a structured handover of all artefacts, ensuring you can confidently progress to the Alpha phase independently.
