End-of-contract data extraction
Clients can extract data from the system at any time during their contract. Our terms and conditions provide more information on end-of-contract procedures.
End-of-contract process
Our standard disposition process is completed within 30 days of service termination. Terms for exit are defined during the service agreement negotiation phase. Copies of online databases and file stores are securely deleted per PeopleFluent’s formal Data Retention, Destruction and Hardware Disposal Policy. Retired or replaced media is sanitized to NIST 800-53 specifications before it is discarded or reallocated. We will certify deletion upon request. There is no additional charge for end of contract data deletion.

As PeopleFluent LMS is web-based, the full range of functionality is available on any device with a standard browser. There is a smartphone-optimised interface; however, in order to benefit from the wide array of administrative capabilities, we recommend the desktop service.

The LMS's companion mobile app, Talent Slate, is a fully responsive, native mobile learning app for iPad/Android tablets, iPhones and Android smartphones. It is primarily tailored towards learner accessibility with both online and offline capabilities. It can also be used by managers for task approval and on-the-job assessments.

Description of customisation
Beyond the significant options to configure the system, PeopleFluent does offer the ability for buyers to add custom enhancements to address buyer-specific use cases or workflows. Configuration options define everything from areas such as menus to the ability to add fields to users and courses. Customisation within our LMS typically involve changes to specific workflow. Clients can use our Product Roadmap Portal to make requests for new functions and features. This portal also provides visibility into what we are considering doing, our future plans, and what’s been launched.

What the ISO/IEC 27001 doesn’t cover
As the ISO/IEC 27001 certification is mostly related to hosting and security, it does not cover the actual development of the software. Top security vulnerabilities as identified by the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) are therefore considered and mitigated against as a standard part of the software development process. Extensive logging and monitoring processes and tooling provide alerting on anomalous activity. Tackling economic inequality

PeopleFluent, as part of LTG plc, has always supported internships and apprenticeships. We have people in senior roles who came to work with us through these schemes. We have adopted the new apprenticeship scheme and have already used it to hire an IT apprentice for one of our London offices. We always choose interns who are local to the area and with specific interests that we can nurture and they can contribute. For example, we recently had an intern in our Sheffield office for the summer shadowing our Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Manager. She had an interest in Wellness and we have captured her feedback in relation to integrating aspects of her contribution into one of our Health and Safety policies. In 2021 we took the first steps towards establishing a graduate scheme that aims to recruit a diverse group of future leaders with an apprenticeships programme in the UK, to enable us to reach less fortunate socio-economic groups.
