Onboarding and offboarding
- Getting started
-
For each new implementation, Ideagen works in close partnership with the customer to ensure that all requirements are clearly identified, mutually agreed upon, and effectively addressed by the proposed solution.
Ideagen provides comprehensive support throughout the implementation process, including software deployment, consultancy, configuration, training, and the provision of user documentation and e-learning content. Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, as detailed in our pricing document.
Project initiation begins with a meeting involving your project services team and the assigned Ideagen team. During this stage, we outline the implementation plan, including preparatory activities, timelines, and the effort required to complete all tasks.
Following the initiation call, a discovery session will be scheduled with a Consultant to explore your business needs and configuration requirements in detail. Once this session is complete, system configuration and training will be delivered. After the final training session, the customer will confirm acceptance, enabling rollout within their organisation. - Service documentation
