End-of-contract data extraction

End-of-contract process
We Schedule It's service ceases whereby there are no further messages and / or notifications sent in effect from the end of contract date.

Users will have upto 30 days to request their data extract before accounts are disabled.

A credit / invoice note is issued within 30 days to cover any additional or under usage post contract end date.

We Schedule It can provide additional access and user support post contract end date but this will be charged as per the rate card.

We Schedule It is a remote virtual business and we do not currently use or anticipate any future use of energy-heavy technology for the effectiveness of our local solution. As a paperless business, we proudly support net zero emissions and work tirelessly with other organisations to remove their need for printing and posting via hybrid mail solutions. Our technology, will help reduce climate change through the use of sustainable technology, thereby improving environmental sustainability.

We continue to raise awareness and promote reducing our community dependency on single use plastics. Our Scottish co-founder has given up his motor vehicle and cycles instead to demonstrate how change has to be adopted and sustained to make the contribution resonate within his local community. By taking small incremental steps daily, we will make a major positive impact on the wider society and the environment.
