Blue Border provide full end-to-end planning services across all projects and programmes. We work closely with business change/PMO teams and stakeholders to ensure adoption of important dates and milestones for delivery using industry recognised methodologies and tools.
Part of our planning service for implementation will include the analysis of current vs. future processes, technical assurance for design and the maintenance of up to date IT security.
