Upon notification to proceed with this service, a dedicated CoStratify project manager will be assigned, providing you with a single point of contact for communication throughout the project. The project manager will take you through the onboarding and pre-requisite activity specific to your project and deploy the right internal team to work with you. This will include working with you to plan the responsibilities of each party throughout the project and detailing the necessary activity to ensure this project neatly dovetails with existing activity, thus ensuring we achieve the best possible outcome for you.
