- Customers need to have an active Azure subscription (or they can purchase one as part of our CSP programme). The managed end user device environment will need to be installed within an existing Active Directory or Azure AD environment. This service does not include first contact services for end users or initial triage services, it is expected these are delivered internally or via a service integrator or managed service desk. We can offer first contact services through one of our Service Desk offering. Prices are based on an initial seat count of 100. Device / software licensing is required.

- We provide two levels of support, Build Management Only - Provide a build image, deploy patches and automated updates to managed devices. Second line support is provided by buyer or another party, 3rd line support is provided for build issues. Build Management & Support - Provides the same level but add second line support, Buyer or alternate provide triages incidents and assigns to second line. Costs are provided in the associated pricing document.
