The Aireavu platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure and uses auto-scaling resources to dynamically adjust capacity as demand changes. Performance is continuously monitored, and thresholds trigger scaling before contention occurs. Customer data is securely segregated, and resource usage is actively managed to maintain consistent performance and availability for all users, even during periods of peak demand.

Operational security
- Configuration and change management standard
- Supplier-defined controls
- Configuration and change management approach
- Software is revision controlled and versioned. We have a change control process, and impact on security is assessed as part of this. This is followed prior to the roll out of updates or changes to the architecture of our platform.
- Vulnerability management type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Vulnerability management approach
- We regularly implement vulnerability updates (e.g. CVE etc.) on our software supply chain. Patches to our services are typically deployed within a week. We are subscribed to third party security notification platforms, such as: Vercel, Github etc.
- Protective monitoring type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Protective monitoring approach
- We operate in line with ISO 27001. We identify potential compromises through centralised logging and monitoring of application, infrastructure, and security logs, covering authentication events, access attempts, configuration changes, and system errors. When a potential compromise is detected, we follow a documented incident response process to assess severity, contain the issue, investigate root cause, remediate risks, and record lessons learned. Alerts are typically reviewed within hours, with high-severity incidents escalated and contained immediately and remediation progressed as a priority.
- Incident management type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Incident management approach
- We maintain documented, pre-defined incident management procedures for common security and operational events, aligned with our ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system. Users can report incidents via designated support channels (e.g. email or service desk), which are logged, tracked, and triaged according to severity. We provide incident reports to customers as appropriate, summarising the incident, impact, actions taken, and any preventative measures implemented.
