Support levels
We provide three structured support-levels designed to meet differing operational criticality, security, and assurance requirements across government cloud services. All support is delivered by UK-based staff, with SC or DV clearance provided where required.

Standard-Support
Provides business-hours reactive support for live services. Includes incident logging, triage, investigation, user support, service monitoring, and basic configuration assistance. This level is suitable for non-business-critical services and lower-risk environments.

Enhanced-Support
Provides proactive operational support for business-critical services. Includes faster response times, extended support hours, infrastructure and application monitoring, monthly patching, certificate and secret management, incident management, and minor enhancements. Regular service reporting and stakeholder engagement are included.

Assured / Secure-Support
Provides high-assurance support for sensitive, regulated, or restricted environments. Includes proactive security management, ITHC remediation, change and release assurance, enhanced monitoring, and support for cross-domain or classified platforms. Delivered by appropriately cleared staff.

Support is priced transparently and can be procured as a monthly retainer or day-rate based service. Costs vary by support level, service hours, environment complexity, and assurance requirements, and are agreed at call-off.

A named Technical Account Manager is provided for Enhanced and Assured support levels. Cloud Support Engineers are provided at all levels to deliver day-to-day technical support and operations.
