- This service provides a continuous improvement allowance for changes, consultancy and user productivity "evolution" based development, in addition to incident guidance and support. It is not suitable for larger scale development, transformation or project delivery. Requests for service are fulfilled remotely; and are based on resource bookings with our delivery team dependant upon existing commitments. It is not suitable for time sensitive development work.

--All services are delivered by a full-time team of cloud support engineers, managed by our Service Delivery Manager.
--This is complemented by Practice Specialists from the Technical Delivery team. The UK based IT helpdesk provides support to customers 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday via phone, email, and our website. Extended cover is available 8.00-18.00; and out of hours by arrangement.
--The majority of queries and issues we receive can be resolved remotely by our Service Desk, ensuring a fast, efficient response.
