The platform can be customised by authorised users through its secure web-based management interface. Administrators can configure organisational structures, user roles and permissions and enable or disable platform capabilities by group/role. Specific AI skills can be customised by changing system prompts for guardrails and other behavioural requirements as well as changing model selection and parameters. End users cannot modify governance controls or platform-level settings. Deployment of these extensions always requires administrators to review, test and approve before they are available to end-users.
