The SmartViz platform is ultra intuitive and it is self explanatory for the users, therefore onboarding is quick.

End-of-contract data extraction
We provide the users a download link to access and extract all data from the cloud.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract the user can extend it by paying for additional license fee. If they do not wish to continue the application access is disabled and all customer data is locked, so it's ready to be enabled when the customer wants to continue again.
If the customer would like to end the contract permanently they have the option to extract all their data which is then deleted from the cloud.
