At the end of the contract the user can extend it by paying for additional license fee. If they do not wish to continue the application access is disabled and all customer data is locked, so it's ready to be enabled when the customer wants to continue again.
If the customer would like to end the contract permanently they have the option to extract all their data which is then deleted from the cloud.
