This is a Cloud first service but we cover hybrid and apps at the endpoint.

Service constraints
Service only available remotely. Service costs do not include any Microsoft fees for usage or subscriptions etc. Core service hours are 9am - 530pm M-F not including UK Holidays but extended hours and 24x7 are available at additional cost. This service focusses on core management and support of Azure and Modern Work systems. Whilst that work may stretch into other areas of skill, we wish to confirm that this is:
-- Not a Security monitoring service, such as MSSP/SOC/NOC
-- Not Backup or DR-as-a-service
-- Not a Compliance and Risk monitoring service

During 9am to 530pm on UK working days we respond within 4 hours. Resolution times vary depending on the ticket. Our current target first communications is within 30 minutes. Extended hours of service are available as an option within the contract, though response times are the same across those extended hours.

Support levels
We provide support within normal UK working hours or via extended hours as a contract option but the methods, services and response are the same. Our team is structured into Support and Engineering and tickets are escalated or assigned as required. We also have technically capable Senior Managers. Each customer will be aligned to a representative of Support, Engineering and Senior Management as points of contact. We offer typical levels of ticket status and impact but we can offer some customisation per customer as part of the service. All support is provided remotely though we do have the ability to provide some staff to site at an additional cost.
