Support levels
HANDD offers both Standard and Premium Support plans for our Managed File Transfer solutions.
Both plans include the same level of software maintenance protection. A Premium Maintenance and Support plan provides you with emergency access to our support technicians anytime, 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
We are closed for bank holidays. Premium support plan members can call the Premium Support Line anytime, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including bank holidays.
Pricing is based on modules used, type of support and length of contract. All calls are handled by HANDD's in house technical team for triage any level 3 ecalation is then passed to vendor as appropiate.
