Virtual Edge provides flexible vulnerability management support levels agreed at call-off. Standard Support includes scheduled vulnerability assessments, reporting, and remediation guidance. Enhanced Support includes increased assessment frequency, prioritised handling of critical vulnerabilities, and closer remediation coordination. Pricing is provided as a monthly fee based on environment size, asset count, and support level. A dedicated security or cloud support engineer is assigned for service delivery.
