End-of-contract data extraction
At contract end, users can export their data using standard Microsoft 365 export tools and agreed extraction methods. Data can be exported in common formats such as CSV or Excel. Ingentive can advise on scope and provide assisted extraction as a professional service. Data retention and deletion follow contractual and regulatory requirements.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract, users extract required data, and access to the service is removed after transition activities are completed. Ingentive supports exit tasks where required. Included in the contract price are service access and standard support. Additional costs may apply for custom migrations, extended support, integrations or advanced professional services.
