Wavenet's entry level Hybrid Cloud Management offering is our Remote Technical Advice service. Remote Technical Advice is a ‘third-line’ technical support service, providing incident management and technical advice for specific technologies.
Wavenet’s second tier level of Hybrid Cloud Management offering builds on our Remote Technical Advice service and combines this with our 24x7 monitoring capability. The service is intended for Customers who want to retain day-to-day management responsibility for their infrastructure but also take advantage of our Enterprise class monitoring system and our event management service delivered 24x7 by our team of analysts in our UK based Technical Operations Centre.
The Hybrid Cloud Management Enterprise Plus offering is a managed service from Wavenet, it provides monitoring and support as in Enterprise however full control of the day-to-day operation is passed to Wavenet and as such the level of support is not limited by a number of specified hours. Wavenet will undertake regular pro-active management of the infrastructure to improve security and stability. Wavenet's Managed Services also include access to our service management operational processes, all aligned to ITIL best practice.
