- How the planning service works
- From the requirement stage to the deployment of services into live operations, our experienced test managers provide end-to-end test consulting services. We plan and develop an organisational test strategy that covers various test levels, such as in-sprint testing, system/system integration testing, user acceptance/business assurance testing, operational acceptance/performance testing, and usability and accessibility testing. We will customise the test levels according to the size and complexity of the project, with the mutual agreement of both business and IT stakeholders, to uphold trust and assurance throughout the entire testing process. To achieve the required service quality, we create and implement quality gates between all the test levels to achieve the required quality of the service. We also create robust documentation throughout the testing process to maintain integrity and audit compliance.

Fighting climate change
At Livingston IT, we understand the challenges of climate change. We do our best to reduce energy consumption by carefully using electricity and gas during and after office hours. We have significantly reduced paper waste by raising awareness of “Think before you print” and encouraging paperless notes during meetings. Instead of disposable cups, stirrers, and capsules for the coffee machine, we give our employees kitchen crockery. As we understand it, transportation is one of the largest sectors of greenhouse gas emissions. We encourage our employees to take public transit, to carpool with other colleagues, or to walk or cycle to work where possible. We raise awareness among our employees, clients, and stakeholders by following the best possible methods to reduce carbon emissions and fight climate change.Covid-19 recovery
Livingston IT recognises that long-term COVID recovery can be a protracted process, necessitating our support to help employees recover at their own pace and avoid relapse. The company's expansion creates more opportunities. We use these opportunities to create employment, re-training, and other returns to work for those left unemployed by COVID-19. We give the utmost importance to our employees wellbeing. Our excellent well-being process will assist our impacted employees in recovering from COVID-19.Tackling economic inequality
We will be creating new opportunities, new jobs, and new skills as we grow. We encourage local businesses and suppliers to engage with the contract where possible to help tackle economic inequality.Equal opportunity
Livingston IT Consulting Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer. The company is committed to providing a working environment in which employees are able to realise their full potential and contribute to the success of the business. Our aim is to identify and eliminate discriminatory practices and behaviours throughout the organisation.
We expect our employees to support this commitment and assist in its realisation in all possible ways.
The company specifically strives to prevent discrimination against any employee or job applicant, whether directly or indirectly, through perception, association, or harassment, based on factors such as age, race or nationality, disability, religion or similar philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, or gender.
We will treat all employees, whether part-time or full-time, permanent or temporary, fairly and with respect. We will assist and motivate all employees to reach their maximum potential, leveraging their talents and resources to enhance the organisation's efficiency.
This commitment applies to all aspects of employment, including those outlined below:
• Recruitment and selection
• Training
• Promotion and career development opportunities
• Employment terms and conditions, as well as access to employment-related benefits and facilities.
