Service scope

Service constraints
Services are primarily delivered remotely using secure collaboration tools and cloud platforms. Delivery depends on timely access to client systems, development environments, APIs, and relevant documentation. Clients must hold, or be able to provision, appropriate cloud platform accounts (for example Azure or AWS). Effective delivery requires active client engagement during design, development, testing, and review stages. On-site support within the UK can be provided by prior arrangement and may incur additional travel costs.

User support

Email or online ticketing support
Yes
Support response times
Support requests can be submitted 24/7 via email or the online ticketing system. During UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00), response times are: critical issues within 4 hours, high priority within 24 hours, medium priority within 48 hours, and low priority within 5 business days. Requests logged outside business hours are triaged the next working day, with emergency escalation available for critical issues by prior agreement.

Web chat accessibility testing
Web chat accessibility is supported through the use of Microsoft Teams, which is subject to regular accessibility testing and assurance by the platform provider, including testing with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and other assistive technologies. Bellosoft relies on these tested, enterprise-grade accessibility features rather than bespoke tooling, ensuring a consistent and accessible user experience.

Feedback from internal users and client interactions is used to identify and address any accessibility barriers encountered during live support sessions. Where accessibility issues are identified, alternative support channels (such as email or phone) are made available immediately to ensure continuity of support.
Support levels
Bellosoft provides all clients with access to email, online ticketing, phone and web-chat support during UK business hours. Each engagement includes a named Project Manager and a Technical Lead or Principal Engineer responsible for technical delivery and escalation.

Bellosoft prioritises support requests using agreed severity levels and manages them through an online ticketing system with defined response times. Standard in-hours support is included within the agreed project or retainer pricing, with no additional charge for different support levels.

Where buyers require enhanced support beyond standard delivery, such as out-of-hours coverage, expedited response arrangements or accelerated delivery, Bellosoft provides these services as optional, chargeable add-ons by prior agreement. Full details of optional support services and associated pricing are set out in the G-Cloud Pricing Document.
