As part of your Managing AI Risk engagement, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who will act as your primary strategic point of contact throughout the programme. They will ensure that our approach aligns with your organisational AI objectives, risk appetite, regulatory obligations, and governance requirements.
Your Account Manager will appoint an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all delivery activities. This includes scheduling assessments and workshops, managing documentation and evidence requests, tracking open actions, and ensuring every component of the AI risk management programme is delivered in a structured, transparent, and efficient manner.
To lead the technical, regulatory, and risk‑focused aspects of the engagement, we will allocate a specialist AI Risk Consultant. With expertise in AI governance, risk assessment, threat modelling, compliance frameworks, and safe deployment practices, the consultant will work closely with your teams to identify risks, assess controls, and provide practical, actionable guidance to ensure the safe and secure use of AI across your organisation.
