Getting started
EHS Data provides a range of consultancy services to support the setup of MonitorPro. These include importing legacy data from other systems, configuring and setting up, and training, either onsite or remotely. We also provide ongoing Key Account Management and Support services to enable users to get the most out of their MonitorPro system.

End-of-contract data extraction
Data at the end of a contract can be exported in readily usable formats such as Excel, and a backup of the SQL Server database (.bak) can also be provided.
End-of-contract process
At the end of a contract, a dedicated Account Manager will assist with offboarding and making sure data is handed back in line with the Service Level Agreement.

The API allows Business Intelligence tools to obtain data from MonitorPro in a range of formats. Data is secured using a token-based system.
