How the planning service works
IO Analytics work collaboratively with clients to ensure we deliver project success. During pre-sales phases we deliver sessions to enable an understanding of how the solution can be utilised to provide tangible business benefits and ensure and assist our clients in defining their strategy for any technical solutions success and what the benchmarks for success will be. Once a project has successfully been awarded we will work with the customer to initiate a project kick off meeting. We can use a dedicated Project Manager or a more Agile delivery method dependent on individual requirements. We can work to a fixed cost or on a time and material basis to assist internal IT/Business teams with their digital transformation goals. Our Project management comprises six key phases: Pre-Project, Kick off, Design, Readiness, Delivery & Go-Live with various QA checks built in. IO Analytics support is lined up to commence at go-live

• Move to virtual meeting via MS Teams
• LED lighting where possible
• Energy reduction program – switch off policy, ‘what runs, runs when needed only’
• Where work circumstances allow, employees given options for flexible working model to reduce office accommodation requirements
• We have run a communications campaign to educate and drive awareness around events such as World Environment Day
• Decommission on premise provisions, when possible, to reduce emissions and incorporate a cloud first procurement strategy
• Gain understanding of future impacts from commuting and working from home via a rolling employee survey and use this as an opportunity to decrease emissions via employee engagement
