Arc Managed User Total Security provides clearly defined operational service levels to ensure customers receive timely and effective responses to security events. Incidents are categorised by severity with corresponding response targets: Severity 1 (Critical) events receive a 2‑hour response, covering active compromise or major breach indicators. Severity 2 (Major) incidents receive a 4‑hour response for high‑confidence indicators such as account takeover or impossible travel events. Severity 3 (Minor) events receive a 1‑business‑day response, and Severity 4 (Informational) alerts are handled as scheduled.
Arc commits to achieving 95% of all incident responses within their defined targets, measured quarterly for performance assurance. Backup performance targets include an 8‑hour Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and 4‑hour Recovery Time Objective (RTO), ensuring robust data resilience and recoverability. The service also delivers 99.9% availability for all SaaS components, supporting continuous protection and monitoring.
Customers receive regular reporting covering SLA performance and security scoring to maintain visibility of their risk posture.
